The Orolu Chapter of All Progressive Congress (APC) received over 500 members from People’s Democratic Party/ Accord Party in Orolu local government.
Amid political developments in Orolu local government, the Osun Chapter of the People’s Democratic Party and Accord Party Suffered another setback as members of the ruling party defected to the All Progressive Congress (APC).
The major defection of members of the ruling party in Orolu were facilitated by Ajisope Development Initiative in collaboration with the executive chairman, Hon. Abolade Nureni Adekunle (ONEDAY).
Orolu Chapter of All Progressive Congress (APC) led by the party chairman, Hon. Awolade Najeem wholeheartedly received the defectors to the party, assures of dividends of democracy while they joined the progressive party.
The new entrants were Ola-Ifa political group, Adagende group and 8 years former PDP vice chairman from Ondo State are joyfully expressed their desire to join the All Progressive Congress (APC).
While reacting positively, the members commended the organs of the party, says the party was built with a very strong foundation, and it is most coordinated political party in Nigeria.
According to their different remarks, the new entrants affirmed their satisfaction and expressed willingness to work in force to reclaim Osun for progressive party.
